Bright Ceremony Room
The ceremony room at Butley Priory is gorgeous as the natural light floods in, allowing us to really appreciate the historic architecture of the old Manor House. Additional decor is not necessary as the stonework and fireplace provide a romantic atmosphere for your ceremony.
We recommend keeping your guest list down rather than trying to pack lots of people in, to keep the feeling of light and space. As you say your vows and exchange wedding rings, you look out across the beautifully landscaped courtyard beyond.

Securing your wedding photographer should ideally follow once your venue and caterers are booked. Due to high demand, we encourage you to reach out as early as possible, as our schedule tends to fill up quickly—sometimes up to two years in advance.
That said, we have a soft spot for intimate, last-minute weddings and are more than willing to accommodate these with just a few months' notice. Whatever your timeline, we're here to capture your day beautifully.
